At Ahana Creations, we take great care to ensure you receive the correct and high-quality products. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy:

We do not offer returns for reasons such as dislike of color, design, or change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if a wrong or defective product was delivered, which rarely happens. In such cases:

  • You must inform us on WhatsApp or email within 2 days from the date of receiving the product(s).

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Communication must be made through WhatsApp or email before sending anything back.

Once the issue is verified by our team, we will coordinate the return and ensure a smooth resolution.

 

Exchange Policy:

We are committed to delivering the exact products you ordered. However, if you receive a wrong or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or via email with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item.

  • Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.

  • Once we receive the returned item in unused and original condition, we will ship the correct replacement within 2–3 working days.

Product Availability:

In the rare event that a product goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer alternative options. If no option is accepted, a full refund will be issued in 7 working days.

Color and Description Disclaimer:

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all our lace products. However, please note that slight variations in color, texture, and measurements may occur due to factors such as photography lighting, screen display settings, and production batch differences.
